Cofactor Genomics will be holding a webinar on our RNA-seq process and pipeline on March 22nd at 12:00P.M. Central Time. Registration is free and open to the public.
During the webinar, you will learn about Cofactor's approach to RNA-seq projects, moving from isolated RNA to differential expression candidates. Our RNA-seq solution focuses on the most important and challenging questions associated with obtaining confident results from RNA-seq experiments. In experimental design, Cofactor's Saturation Analysis lets us know when a sample has been sequenced to sufficient depth to ensure capture of the expressed genes and can help save research funds by avoiding over-sequencing. In library construction, Cofactor has introduced molecular spike-in controls to our RNA-seq projects to demonstrate that differences in expression are not merely artifacts of treatment differences. In analysis, advances to Cofactor's ActiveSite highlights the best and quickest way to focus on the pertinent, short list of differentially expressed candidate genome loci using a integrated statistical framework to separate candidates from the noise inherent in each RNA-seq project.
