Cofactor Member Papers

Cofactor Genomics is a young team of scientists with a history of many publications in the last 10 years. These range from the original sequencing of the AML cancer, platypus, macaque, and human genomes to applications such as whole-genome resequencing, transcriptome and traditional EST analysis, assembly, and plant-microbe and plant-herbicide interactions.
